Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients,
the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice
24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you WILL BE CHARGED the full amount of your appointment. If you do cancel and I am able to rebook that time before the original booking time I will wave the charge - You may send someone you know to take over the appointment as well.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You WILL BE charged for your “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
The specials are not refundable. Extenuating circumstances however might be that the therapist is not providing the appropriate services in an ethical manor or you move away and can not for some reason use all hours/services before you leave or a medical reason because you to not be able to receive deep tissue treatments, otherwise specials and packages have been discounted so low there will not be a full refund provided. You may receive a portion of the money back after deduction of services already rendered at normal $75 an hour, plus any fees for returning or processing return.
